The Workforce Development / Mission Services Pillar (Workforce Pillar) is a Council-sanctioned, standing executive support group.  It is a think tank collaborative; engaged in the sharing of best practices and resources to advance the mission and strategic goals of participating Goodwill agencies as they relate to workforce development and mission services.
