Welcome
Our Council is made up of 13 autonomous Goodwill organizations operating throughout California and Southern Oregon. We specialize in workforce development and proudly serve individuals with barriers to employment.
Our Council was established in 1970. Since then we’ve collectively pooled our resources to monitor business trends, influence public policy and raise awareness regarding Goodwill’s mission, vision, goals and programs.
